EULA - IAS VIP TOOLS

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and IAS VIP Tools ("Licensor") for the IAS VIP Tools software (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.

1 Grant of License

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your internal use, subject to this EULA.

2 License Term

General Users: One (1) year from the date of registration.

Seminar VIP Members: Two (2) years from the date of registration or until the next seminar, whichever comes first.

3 Restrictions

You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify or create derivative works of the Software.
Sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software.
Use the Software for unauthorized purposes.

4 User and System Information

During registration, the Software collects user and system information for license management and improvement purposes. This data is treated per our Privacy Policy.

5 Ownership

The Software is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6 Termination

Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any terms.

7 Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied.

8 Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India.

10 Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor.

11 HP G9 G10 G11 DISCLAIMER INFO

This tools can only unlocked in some model not for all G9 G10 G11 models.
